Terry Stone to Lead Panel on Biostimulants at BPIA 2017 International Symposium
RENO, Nev. (Feb. 15, 2017)―Terry Stone, Agrinos vice president, regulatory affairs and sustainability programs, has been selected to moderate a panel discussion at the Biopesticide Industry Alliance 2017 Spring Meeting and International Symposium. The event will be held February 28 – March 1 at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nev.
Stone will lead the panel discussion “Biostimulants: Changing Perspectives Around the World” and focus on the increasingly vital role of biostimulants in agriculture. In particular, the panel will share insights on the surging demand for biological products from growers, food companies and retailers seeking to enhance crop performance while improving sustainability practices.
Panelists include Kater Hake, vice president, agricultural and environmental research, Cotton Incorporated; Giuseppe Natale, chief executive officer, Valagro SpA; Christy Melhart Slay, director, The Sustainability Consortium and Mark Trimmer, Managing Partner, Dunham Trimmer, LLC. The panel is scheduled from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm on Wednesday, March 1.
Stone plays a key role at Agrinos and directs all regulatory affairs initiatives, working closely with regulatory agencies on a global level.
