Notification of trade

The following share purchase in Agrinos AS has been carried out November 12th:

Havfonn AS, a company associated with Agrinos’ board member Morten Bergesen, has purchased 957 777 shares in Agrinos AS at NOK 2 per share.

After the transaction, Havfonn AS and associated companies hold a total of6 883 947shares in Agrinos AS, corresponding to 10.6% of the outstanding shares in the company.
