Notification of trade by Agrinos co-founder

The following share trade in Agrinos AS was carried out on July 8th, 2013:

Korrigan Investment AS, a company associated to Agrinos co-founder and Director of Strategic Development Aaron Powers, sold 190,000 shares in Agrinos AS at an average price of NOK 20.75 per share. The transaction was carried out to settle US and Norwegian tax obligations and related costs in connection with Korrigan Investment’s (and, indirectly, Mr. Powers’) share holdings in Agrinos. 

After the transaction, Korrigan Investment AS has a holding of 3,865,969 shares in Agrinos AS corresponding to 8.66% of the outstanding shares in the company.
